Welcome to Amino Social.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Amino Social website, applications, community features, live broadcasts, messaging features, content, services, and related technology (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, creating an account on, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Amino Social.

1. ELIGIBILITY — 18+ ONLY

Amino Social is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located; and
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe a user is under 18.

2. WHAT AMINO SOCIAL IS

Amino Social is an online community and social platform designed to facilitate discussion, education, networking, content sharing, live broadcasts, reviews, and the exchange of information relating to topics including amino compounds, peptides, research, GLP-related topics, biotechnology, wellness, industry developments, vendors, regulatory developments, and related subjects.

Amino Social provides the platform for these conversations.

Unless expressly identified as official Amino Social content, posts, comments, videos, livestreams, reviews, messages, opinions, claims, and other materials are created by independent users and do not necessarily represent the views of Amino Social.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

AMINO SOCIAL IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

The Platform is provided for community, informational, discussion, and educational purposes only.

Nothing available through Amino Social should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing advice, dosing instructions, or a recommendation to use any drug, peptide, compound, supplement, or other substance.

Information posted by users may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of something you read, hear, or watch on Amino Social.

If you have questions concerning your health, medications, or treatment, consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

4. RESEARCH-RELATED CONTENT

Amino Social may contain discussions regarding compounds or products marketed or labeled “For Research Use Only,” “RUO,” “Not for Human Consumption,” or similar terminology.

The presence of such discussions does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or authorization by Amino Social for any particular use.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, labeling requirements, and restrictions applicable to their activities.

Amino Social does not represent that any substance, product, practice, protocol, or activity discussed by users is lawful, safe, effective, approved, or appropriate.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain Platform features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and should notify Amino Social promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for deceptive purposes, or misrepresent your affiliation with another individual, company, or organization.

6. USER CONTENT

“User Content” includes content submitted, uploaded, streamed, transmitted, published, or otherwise made available through Amino Social, including:

Posts, comments, photographs, videos, livestreams, reviews, profile information, messages, links, research discussions, opinions, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant Amino Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Platform.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and grant this license.

7. OPEN DISCUSSION DOES NOT MEAN NO RULES

Amino Social supports open discussion, differing opinions, respectful disagreement, criticism, and debate.

We generally do not remove content simply because a viewpoint is unpopular, critical, controversial, or disagreed with.

However, freedom of discussion does not create a right to use Amino Social for unlawful or harmful activity.

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Threaten or credibly encourage violence;
• Harass, stalk, exploit, or unlawfully target another person;
• Publish another person's private or confidential information without authorization;
• Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or deliberate deception;
• Distribute malware or malicious code;
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights;
• Engage in illegal transactions or facilitate unlawful activity;
• Sexually exploit minors or publish prohibited sexual content;
• Manipulate reviews or deceptively misrepresent commercial relationships;
• Circumvent Platform security or access restrictions; or
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Amino Social may remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, maintain Platform security, or address material abuse.

8. VENDOR REVIEWS AND COMMUNITY OPINIONS

Amino Social may allow users to review, discuss, rate, criticize, or recommend businesses, vendors, products, and services.

Reviews represent the opinions of the users who publish them.

Users are responsible for ensuring their statements reflect their genuine experiences and do not intentionally contain materially false factual claims.

Businesses and vendors may disagree with criticism posted about them. Disagreement alone does not guarantee removal.

Amino Social may investigate reports of impersonation, fabricated reviews, undisclosed conflicts of interest, coordinated review manipulation, harassment, or other violations.

9. COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS AND DISCLOSURES

Users who receive money, commissions, free products, discounts, affiliate compensation, sponsorships, or other benefits in connection with content should clearly disclose that relationship where required by applicable law.

Creators, influencers, vendors, and advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their advertising, endorsements, testimonials, and promotional statements comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. LIVE STREAMING

Users may broadcast live content where this functionality is available.

Livestreamers are responsible for everything they broadcast.

Because livestreams occur in real time, Amino Social cannot guarantee that prohibited, inaccurate, offensive, or unlawful content will be identified before it appears.

We may terminate livestreams, restrict livestreaming privileges, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action when violations are identified.

11. PRIVATE MESSAGES

Amino Social may provide direct or private messaging functionality.

Users should understand that electronic communications should never be assumed to be completely private or secure.

We may access, preserve, or disclose communications where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the Platform, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with valid legal obligations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

12. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS

Amino Social may contain links to third-party websites, products, laboratories, vendors, services, research papers, social-media accounts, or other resources.

A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Amino Social does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, products, representations, policies, or conduct.

Interactions or transactions with third parties are between you and that third party.

13. MARKETPLACE AND TRANSACTIONS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Amino Social is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, pharmacy, medical provider, laboratory, or fulfillment provider for products or services discussed or linked through the Platform.

Amino Social does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, licensing, product quality, testing, accuracy, safety, legality, or performance of third-party vendors.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into transactions with third parties.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Amino Social name, logos, Platform design, software, graphics, branding, proprietary features, and other Amino Social materials are owned by or licensed to Amino Social and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, license, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Amino Social's proprietary materials without authorization.

15. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Amino Social respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint containing sufficient information for us to identify the copyrighted work, locate the allegedly infringing material, contact you, and evaluate the claim.

We may remove allegedly infringing material and may restrict or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

16. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Amino Social reserves the right, but does not undertake a general obligation, to review, moderate, restrict, label, remove, or disable access to content or accounts.

Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, legal requirements, user safety, Platform integrity, and other relevant factors.

We may issue warnings, limit functionality, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.

Nothing in these Terms requires Amino Social to host any particular user or content.

17. REPORTING CONTENT

Users may report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal.

Reports may be reviewed based on these Terms, applicable law, available evidence, and surrounding context.

Knowingly abusing reporting systems to harass users or suppress legitimate discussion may itself constitute a violation.

18. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

We continuously develop Amino Social and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures, internet outages, third-party infrastructure, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

19. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using Amino Social at any time.

Amino Social may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, created material risk for users or the Platform, engaged in unlawful conduct, or when action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMINO SOCIAL AND THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

AMINO SOCIAL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT USER CONTENT, RESEARCH INFORMATION, VENDOR INFORMATION, REVIEWS, MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC DISCUSSIONS, OR OTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SAFE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE.

21. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are responsible for decisions you make based on information encountered through Amino Social.

You acknowledge that discussions concerning health, research compounds, peptides, products, vendors, and emerging scientific subjects may involve uncertainty and conflicting information.

You assume responsibility for independently evaluating information before relying upon it.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMINO SOCIAL AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS, LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNT ACCESS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amino Social and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your User Content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; your infringement of another person's rights; or your transactions and interactions with other users or third parties through or in connection with the Platform.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Amino Social agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedures and governing law applicable to Amino Social and stated in the final published version of these Terms.

25. CALIFORNIA USERS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived under California or federal law.

Any consumer-specific rights provided by applicable law remain available notwithstanding conflicting provisions of these Terms.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as Amino Social evolves or as legal, regulatory, operational, or technological requirements change.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Amino Social concerning your use of the Platform.
